Recommended use: Ensure the skin or overgrip is clean and dry before spraying. Shake well before use. Spray the desired grip area with gentle sweeping movements, holding the spray at least 20 cm away from the overgrip. Keep away from eyes and face. Apply carefully, as using too much can have the opposite effect. If necessary, reapply or fan the grip for a few seconds.
